It provides large computing capacity for CPU and GPU-intensive applications.<\/p>\n<p>ColabCat [<a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/someshkar\/colabcat\">Link<\/a>] is a project for running Hashcat in Colab using a powerful GPU: the NVIDIA Tesla K80 [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nvidia.com\/en-gb\/data-center\/tesla-k80\/\">Link<\/a>].<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the following link:\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/colab.research.google.com\/github\/someshkar\/colabcat\/blob\/master\/colabcat.ipynb\">https:\/\/colab.research.google.com\/github\/someshkar\/colabcat\/blob\/master\/colabcat.ipynb<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Run the first cell to confirm it is using the NVIDIA GPU by clicking the play button:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1771\" src=\"https:\/\/dft.wiki\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2021\/04\/Screenshot-from-2021-04-08-18-15-11.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"726\" height=\"414\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dft.wiki\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2021\/04\/Screenshot-from-2021-04-08-18-15-11.png 726w, https:\/\/dft.wiki\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2021\/04\/Screenshot-from-2021-04-08-18-15-11-300x171.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 726px) 100vw, 726px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In your Google Drive, create a directory called <strong>dothashcat<\/strong> and inside it another directory called <strong>hashes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Place the file containing the hashes to be cracked inside the <strong>hashes<\/strong> directory. It should be <strong>v6.1.1 or newer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click the following play button to check the hardware speed.
